Selection Process

Distribution of self assessment proformas to aspiring candidates of the house by House Incharges.
On return of the proforma the House Incharge & Class Teacher evaluate & give recommendations.
Interviews by committee (all House Incharges & sub-committees headed by the Principal and Co-ordinator)
Decision for short-listed candidates
Interviews & approval of the final housewise Candidates who will participate in the elections for the position of PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT
Campaigning for the election begins
ON Election day votes are casted by students using proper ballot boxes
Results are declared and the PRESIDENT AND VICE-PRESIDENT IS ELECTE
The elected candidates are given time to select their ministry
Ministry includes: Sports, Cultural, Trips and events, Health and sanitation, opposition party leader, spokesperson

INVESTITURE CEREMONY

Every year, the newly elected student council takes a pledge to lead the school from the front with their commitment, confidence and competence.

The council members are invested with responsibilities hoping that these young leaders will take the school to even greater heights

AND THE TRAINING BEGINS....

Those students who get the honour of being on the panel of ministry, are groomed for handling their new roles in a responsible manner. Their training under the guidance of teachers and experts aims to inculcate various skills such as managerial, organizational, problem solving, decision making and good communication. Above all, they are trained to bring out the best within themselves as human beings, to work in teams and to demonstrate exemplary behaviour.
